Site Engineering Technology Inc provides Site Plans for drainage areas, residental, commercial, and industrial projects. For vehicle access - loading bays, fire truck access, parking lots, tentative subdivision plan, options for development and site development.

  • Construction Management

Lead and schedule a group of contractors for development of a project.

WHO WE ARE

Combined with many years of experience, we prepare a structure for each owner to utilize an efficient process.  Each owner of a project will deal with the director of Site Engineering Technology Inc through out the process, creating consistency and realiabilty. Site Engineering Technology Inc was formed in 2013, by Don Nikonetz P.Tech.(Eng.) who is a director, taking raw land to final stage - ready for building(s), and everything in between.  Some parcels require rezoning and subdivision, with an area structure plans (ASP) or Outline Plan / Master Site Development Plan. Some require a Storm Water Management Plan with grading plan, or some a septic field design. We recognize  each project has different concern to be address by worked around, within or go through.


We excel in collaboration, project management, and team approach to resolve concerns and move projects forward.




We are dedicated to excel in our client's projects from the initiation to the finish of the project scope.
