Site Engineering Technology Inc. is a full-service project management and engineering firm based in Alberta. We add value to small and large projects, from re-deisgnation, survey,  Area Structure Plans (ASPs), BioPhyisical Reports, Env. Reviews, Concept Plans, Servicing and Capacity Reports (Design Brief Memorandum)  on systems within supporing infrastructure such as: Storm Sewer/swale -overland drainage - Storm Water Management, Sanitary/Septic Field Systems, Water Systems, Roadways, Lot layout Plan, Lift Stations, Pump Stations) leading to Site Plan, Preliminary and Detailed Design, and Development Permit Approvals, with specfications, contract documents, tender, contracts and contract adminstration, inspections, construction survey, substantial performance review, construction completion certicate (interim acceptance), and final acceptance certificate (total acceptance). This is   from raw land to completion, providing all engineering services. Our expertise spans project planning, engineering & survey, and development permitting for both public and private sectors.
